  1. In a situation where it is being installed to catch flood water from the sea and the water would be more surges than a steady rise/hold scenario, how would this hold up?

    1. The Water-Gate will open at the same speed as that of any waves coming in. This means that
      regardless of the speed of the oncoming water, the barrier will open up like a parachute does in
      the wind.

  3. How many inches of water would the 20in high dam actually hold. It would be how much less than 20inches? Does it include the necessary pumps?
