    2. This hose reel does not include the lead in hose. We do offer the General Pump high-pressure hose, item 1591519. This hose can be found by searching the item number on our website.

  3. Does this hose reel come with reducers ? To be reduced down for a 5/16 pressure washer hose.

    1. This hose reel does not include any reducer fittings. It is designed to be used with a 3/8" hose.

  4. Can you use a 5/8 garden hose or does it have to be the 3/8?

    1. This hose reel will hold 50' - 60' of 5/8" hose. It would require an adapter to thread on the hose.

  5. What kind of pressure loss do you get using a hose reel?

    1. It will depend on the amount of hose you add to the pressure washer. The use of a pressure washer reel itself does not decrease the amount. The reel will hold up to a maximum of 100 feet of 3/8" hose.

    1. Northern Tool and Equipment Company, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser only that this Powerhorse hose reel will be free from material defects in both materials and workmanship, normal wear and tear excepted, for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

  8. What is the flat strap with the red coating used for?

    The flat strap is shown in the parts diagram and has two holes in it, but not mentioned in the assembly.
