The product will stay soluble in the water until the ions are taken up by the algae or nonpublic health bacteria, or affected by physical properties, and will quickly disperse. pond boss® PRO Algaecide/Bactericide is a copper formula that is certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF).
