  2. What are outside dimensions?  Outside of tire to outside of tire?

    1. The overall dimensions will be 92" L x 58" W x 36" H. The tire size is 18" x 9.5"-8.

  3. Does the cited 10 inches in height for the trailer include the removable rails? I can't imagine that it does. Please advise.

    1. The 10" height for the side does not include the removable rails. The height of the rails is 12.25" when installed, height before installed is 15.40".

  4. how does swivel frame lock into position? Video shows a ball hitch, but pictures show a pin hitch; which is correct?

    1. The main lower rails of the bed are fixed in place with the exception of the removable tail gate. The upper side rails of the trailer are removeable.
