wheel comes with 1/2" bore and I have a 5/8" axel. If I order the 5/8" bearing kit, how hard is it to change the bearings?
1 answer-
ProductExpert38· 12 years ago
It is not difficult to change the bearings. It requires standard tools such as a screwdriver and hammer. Pound the existing bearing out of the hub with hammer and screwdriver, flip the tire over and insert the new bearing by lightly tapping the new bearing into place. (To insert the new bearing, it is recommended to use a flat durable surface to pound the new bearing into place. This will distribute the force and help with a snug fit.)
