    1. This model is designed to meet National and State Flagger Illumination Regulations, however, each state may have unique and specific requirements for use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or user to determine that the product meets the specifications for their application. The flagger station complies with NCHRP Report 476 Section 2.5.2 (Illumination, Visibility, and Temporary Lighting) and the MUTCD Section 6E.08.
