  1. Does this cover have a "lip" on the bottom side to prevent it from sliding horizontally (i.e. a short ring that sits down into the firepit on the inside of the blocks)? If so, what is the diameter of that lip?

    1. It does have a lip. It is not flat on the bottom. If your ring is just under 36", and no brick is flush with the ring, it will cover the firepit ring like a cap. Otherwise it will just rest on the brick surrounding the firepit ring.

    2. This item does not have a lip. This is made to sit over the firepit hole on top of the blocks.

  2. I see an image with “feet” to use as a deflector  Is that an accessory dir this cover or a different product that is also available ?

    1. The fire ring cover does not include any feet and would not be available separately.

  3. Hi there! I am wondering if that logo in the middle of this product is a removable sticker or if it's permanent. Thank you!

    1. It is recommended that the sticker be left on the cover for safety purposes. The sticker is placed on the cover using a commercial adhesive. It is removable.

    1. The fire ring cover would not be recommended to be used as a fire snuffer. It could damage the fire ring cover.

  8. I live in Denver area and it is very windy here. Will this cove stay in the wind?

    1. The fire ring cover weighs approximately 20 pounds and if there are no air pockets for the wind to get under, it would stay in place unless it is a very high wind.

  10. Can this cover support any weight? If so hoe much? I was thinking of using the cover in the warmer months when the fire pit is not needed and using it as a makeshift table top.

    1. The cover does not list a weight rating. You may be able to modify the unit to fit that application.
