Model W80586 is a two‑lead, high‑current pushbutton switch that connects to your vehicle’s starter with 5 ft, heavy‑duty 12‑gauge wire leads and heavy‑duty clips with protective boots; clip one lead to battery positive and the other to the starter control/solenoid terminal so the button feeds the starter circuit and cranks the engine, allowing you to start from either side of the vehicle.
