  1. How much KOH or NaOH as the catalyst is required to make 80 gal of fuel? And is there any other expenses other than the veg oil and KOH or NaOH??

    1. Complete instructions are included with this product. Generally, the requirement of KOH would be about 29 grams to produce 1 gallon. The requirement of NaOH would be about 19 grams to produce 1 gallon. There would be no other expenses other than ingredient replacement.

    1. The hands on time is 2-3 hours and the production time is a total of 48 hours. The hands on time (2-3 hrs) minus the total production time (48hrs) equals 45-46 hours of production time.
