This NPower™ 70 Watt high-performance solar panel utilizes highly efficient crystalline solar cells to increase light absorption and improve efficiency. Fully weatherproof design! Ideal for RVs, homes, boats, back-up and remote power use, 12 Volt battery charging, solar power stations, pumps, lighting equipment and more. Requires a charge controller (sold separately) to prevent over-charging of battery.

    1. The NPower solar panels are designed to be used on the roof of a travel trailer when mounted according to the instructions with the mounting brackets and hardware that is included.

  3. I want to put the solar panel on the roof and charge batteries in the basement? How far away panel can the batteries be charged? In feet?

    1. This solar panel can be mounted various distances from your batteries provided the proper gauge wire is used. For a distance of 30' away from the battery, 12 gauge wire is required. For a 50' distance apart, 10 gauge wire is necessary. For a distance of 100', 8 gauge wire is required.
