  1. Can this be used to dethatch a lawn for reseeding or would it be too much?

    2. I wouldn't use it in an established grass lawn. It's pretty heavy.

    4. Probably too much for thatch removal, the tines are one inch wide, spaced an inch apart, and are fairly rigid so they would probably pull a lot of grass up in addition to the thatch.

  2. Can I use this to rake leaves?

    1. This is not suitable for raking leaves. Please view acreage rake items 49165 and 49166.

    2. This unit is too heavy-duty for leaves. It will rake them, but it will also dig in a bit and may tear up your grass.

    1. This rake is designed for use on tractors with a Category 1, 3-point hitch. If your lawn tractor has a standard pin hitch, it would not work.
