Every quick connect I have ever used , has the locking balls made of Stainless Steel. These appeer to be made of that, no rust.

Are these couplers able to be used for garden hose to spigot ?

A standard garden hose will not connect directly to the 3/8" NPTF inlet as they have different thread types and sizes.

What size is threaded end?
Is it 22mm? I need one to thread on where my pressure washer hose attaches.

This pressure washer fitting is 15 mm or 3/8" on each side. See my product recommendation below to view a fitting that is 3/8" on the ball coupler end and 22 mm on the threaded side.
