    1. The output shaft is approximately 1.5" long. There is no minimum RPM, the maximum is 3400 RPM.

  3. Can these pumps be driven in either direction?

    1. This pump is bi-directional so it will operate when driven in either direction.

  4. How does it bolt on? Are the bolt holes adjustable slots? Also a belt tensioner bolt?

    1. This pump has fixed mounting holes. It does not come with a rail system with slotted mounting holes for belt tension adjustment. To allow for belt tension adjustment a rail system could be added or a belt tensioner could also be used.

  5. Can this pump be used directly from a 275gal water tote?

    Want to know if this pump can be directly fed from a 275 gal water tote that is on my trailer.

    1. A pressure washer with this pump requires that the water supply is 20 % over the rated flow of the pump. The source for this pump must be able to fill a five gallon pump in less than 72 seconds. Damage can occur to the pump if it does not have sufficient water supply or if it is ran dry.

    Can this unit be mounted direct drive or with a gear reduction unit straight to the pump or does it have to be a belt driven only.

    1. This pump has an oil sight glass on the side that's opposite the plunger side. This is the right side of the pump if the shaft is facing you. That side of the pump is pictured in the owner's manual on page 11. The manual can be viewed by clicking the link that's provided in the "Product Summary" section.

  10. Would this work with a Honda GX340, 11 HP?

    I have a pressure washer with the above stated engines and a bad Simpson 3000 PSI pump.

    1. The NorthStar Pressure Washer pump will require a 13 HP gas engine. We are unable to provide a belt driven pressure washer pump that will work with your Honda 11 HP engine.
