The Northrock PRO 1200 ceiling grinder removes concrete joint lines and high spots overhead from the floor, with no scaffolding or lifts. A telescoping column adjusts from 7ft. to 12ft. (special heights to 20ft.), a self-aligning, spring-loaded grinding head keeps consistent contact, and the 5/8in.-11 grinding head thread accepts a wide range of grinding wheels and brushes. The welded aluminum frame will not rust, a rapid winch drives height changes, and solid rubber tires with a swivel caster keep it mobile on the job. Powered by a 1.5 HP Leeson electric motor. Optional vacuum dust collection captures silica dust at the source. Made in the USA.
