    1. No, you have to put air in it. Which I have not hand to do yet.

    3. It's pneumatic and if it loses it's air, it's flat.

    4. This would not be a flat-free tire. Northern Tool does sell a flat-free with the same dimensions. The only difference would be a weight capacity dropping from 300lbs on the pneumatic, to 250 lbs on the flat free. See link below.
