    1. NO. YOU NEED TO ADD A FEW DROPS OF OIL BEFORE EACH USE.

    2. No, just a few drops in the hose coupler at the back of the gun is all you need for the day.

    3. No. You will need to add a few drops of oil into the gun air input port periodically to keep the internal workings lubricated. The owners manual provides some guidelines for this.

    It shows that this nailer is over 17 lbs. This seems much heavier than similar nailers of this type. However, the reviewers state that this is a "light" nailer. Can you confirm the weight?

    1. The actual weight is 8 Lbs. 9 Oz. with no nails loaded. The Nailer is shipped with a case and some tools and accessories that might account for the added weight listed.

    Recently purchased this Nailer. Can someone tell me what the factory setting is for nail angle. Does it come set at 21, 28, 0r 34 degrees.

    1. You will need to set the angle on this Northern Industrial framing nailer depending on what angle the nails are. The lower hole is for 21 degree nails, the upper hole is for 28 and 34 degree nails.
