New Pig Universal Loose Absorbent is a silica-free loose absorbent that combines the heaviest consistency of clay with high absorbency to pull industrial liquids from your floor. Unlike clay, which is simply becomes coated with liquid, the fast-wicking cellulose-based kaolin granules in this absorbent soak up liquid. The silica-free composition does not pose the health hazards associated with breathing in clay dust. This absorbent is also lightweight, so it's easier to carry and use without injury. It absorbs and retains oils, coolants, solvents and water. It can be incinerated after use to reduce waste, or it can be used for fuels blending.
