  1. Are there mounting options? How is the best option for this to be mounted? How long is the mounting post? Could a boom TV antenna tripod work? Could this be paired with a solar system?

    1. The Nature Power 70501 wind turbine should be mounted on a sturdy steel pipe tower made of 1½ inch Schedule 40 steel pipe (with an actual outer diameter of 1.875 inches or 48 mm), which is not included. The tower must be at least 25 feet above any nearby obstacles, such as trees or buildings, to prevent turbulent wind. Both guyed and freestanding towers are common and work effectively. A TV antenna tripod may also be suitable if it is robust enough and tall enough to meet this height requirement. Additionally, this turbine can be paired with a solar power system by connecting both to the same battery bank, but it is crucial that the wiring is done carefully to ensure safety and proper functionality.

  2. What is the Terminals on the end of the wires are they a plug-in play?

    1. The terminals are just bare wire and are about 3ft long. You would need to splice in the length of wire you would need to go to the batteries.

  3. WHAT IS THE VOLTAGE OUTPUT OF WIND TURBINE # 70501? 12 VOLT? 120 VOLT?

    1. The output voltage is 12 volt. The internal electronics of the wind generator are designed to prevent open circuit voltage from rising above 20 volts. The system is designed to be used with a 12 or 24 volt batteries (Not included).
