Product Summary

This cedar decking package is specifically cut to size for Multinautic's QP-400 4 x 8ft. stationary dock. Kiln-dried Western Cedar helps prevent warping and twisting. Set includes easy to follow instructions, and installation screws. Cedar will naturally become gray aftter exposure to sun and the elements, but does not require any treatment or maintenance. Multinautic recommends cedar over pressure-treated options because of cedar's tendency to not produce splinters. Easy to install, with clear instructions. Will facilitate seasonal dock removal and installation due to its lighter weight than alternative decking solutions.

  1. Can I take 4 of these and make a temp deck for the back yard?

    1. You could use this as a deck on land. Instead of building it in 2 separate 4 x 4 platforms, please build 1 platform of 4 x 8. You may need to purchase additional 8-foot long stringers, as the kit is shipped with stringers that are 4-feet long.
