Product Summary

Multinautic dock kit to build a 10 x 10ft. Medium Freeboard (height above water line) Floating dock. Select your own 2 x 6 or 2 x 8 lumber, and decking screws. This kit contains all the Hot Dip Galvanised steel components to build your dock and 6 Eagle Floats - each with a buoyancy of 380 pounds. HDG Steel corner brackets are Heavy-Duty: 1/4in.-thick. Build guide is included (or call us if you have questions).

  1. do I have to use wood planks for the dock or can I use a product like timber tech? Also can I attach posts to the sides? I have a 10 x10 wooden dock that is on pylons. whole thing needs replacing

    1. You could use timber tech composite decking, but would need to account for the extra weight of composite boards compared to standard wood. You could not attach vertical support posts or leg holders directly to the sides of a floating dock.
