    In your Key Spec. section: this unit does not require direct venting. Your staff says these units can not be indoors. What does all this mean?

    1. There is no ventilation required for these units because they are not certified for indoor safe use, as they do not come equipped with the necessary safety devices for indoor certification.

    2. This item does not require direct venting to exhaust fumes because it is clean burning. It should not be used indoors because it does not have an oxygen depletion sensor that will shut the heater off when the oxygen level reaches an unsafe level in an enclosed area.

  2. can you use a large tank with this? if not which propane heater would you recommend

    1. This heater directly connects to a 20-lb or 100-lb. propane cylinder.

    2. Yes, I have used 100lb tanks with my infrared heater without any issue. Only downside is the heater is a little higher than if you were using a 20lb tank. Since heat naturally rises.. you kind of want it as low as possible for most applications.

  3. Questions about the burners

    Do they all have to be lit or can it operate with 1, 2, or all 3 lit? Can the burners be turned to point different directions?

    1. Yes u can lit 1 or 2 or 3 no problem and u can set the direction if move all with the cylinder. I tell u something, if u use all the 3 burner never need to set in high, only if is to cold outside, like 30 degrees

    1. On a 20 pound tank on low it will run for 35 hours, on medium it will run for 29 hours, and on high it will run for 23 hours.
