  2. Is it true that I have to turn the FILLING bottle UPSIDE down when filling the small bottle???

    1. When using this refill adapter, the tank you're transferring from must be upside down.

    2. Thank you for your inquiry. Yes! The small bottles should be frozen and after connecting the adapter, you will turn the tank upside down. It is the liquid propane that transfers from the bulk tank to the small bottle. It will fill the small tank up to approximately 80% full.
