Product Summary

This shackle receiver set up is perfect for your SxS, UTV or ATV with a 1.25in. hitch tube. The shackle introduces the "patent pending" JOWL SxS 5/8in. recovery split shackle, designed especially for smaller off-road vehicles like SxS's, ATV's and UTV's. An innovative split "J" recovery shackle design eliminates the need for tools or soft shackles, while making rope and strap connections faster and eliminating the need to remove your shackles from your bumper or hitch receiver when making a connection or hooking up a rope or strap out on the trail. This fast, tool-less closed loop recovery has finally made things easy. Available in 14 color options. 5/8in. Anchor Shackle Pin: Screw style with a (WLL) Working Load Limit of 7,000 lbs.; (MBS) Minimum Breaking Strength of 35,000 lbs.; (17.5t) FoS (Factor of Safety): 5:1. The width between eyes is 1.06in. Features a powder-coated black nickel-plated pin finish. The 3/4in. (0.75in.) pin diameter is constructed of Grade 8 carbon steel. M14 x 2.0mm - 6H/6g thread size and chromoly steel body material. PATENT PENDING Mohawk 1.25in. receiver. Hang your Moose Knuckle Offroad shackle or tow shackle from our new versatile SxS, ATV and UTV shackle hitch receiver. The Mohawk 1.25 is warm forged using 6082 aluminum with the grain flow orientated to maximize the strength of your connection point, providing a work load limit of 7,000 lbs. Two hitch pin holes allow for two receiver mounting positions, increasing compatibility with any 1.25in. hitch mounting tube. The third hitch pin hole and included spacer allow you to rotate the receiver 90 degrees so you can mount a hitch ball with a 3/4in. shank providing a towing tongue weight limit of 300lbs and a gross trailer weight of 3,500lbs while accepting a Class I/II hitch ball. Most shackle receivers have sharp edges at the connection point, which often tear soft shackles, synthetic ropes, tree savers and strap looped ends. The Mohawk 1.25 main mounting hole has a very large radius on the outer edges to reduce abrasion and increase the life of your recovery gear making this ideal for use with any closed loop recovery set up. The spined outer perimeter adds more material where you need it most and gives the Mohawk its aggressive and unique identity. Compatible with 5/8in. shackles with 3/4in. pin diameter using provided spacer and 3/4in. shackles with 7/8in. pin diameter without provided spacer. UV and weatherproof Anodized Bl coating.
