I can saw 49" or 50" wide materials. That is about as wide as you can design the rails to saw by the time you count the width of the saw blade. Maybe if you used a smaller circular saw (6" or 6 1/2") you could get a little more. (The thickness of material you could cut would be less than 2" of course.) The length of material would be whatever you want and can fit onto your frame.
