The Milwaukee M18™ FUEL™ Barrel Grip Jig Saw combines power, blade speed and precision, to provide the highest quality cuts in a wide variety of materials. The M18™ FUEL™ D-handle jig saw leverages the Powerstate™ brushless motor and Redlink Plus™ intelligence to provide higher blade speed than corded jig saws at 3500 strokes per minute for clean controlled cuts with minimized chipping or bucking. Leveraging the M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC5.0 battery, the M18™ FUEL™ D-handle jig saw provides up to 105 linear feet of cutting in 3/4in. laminated particle board, delivering all day productivity with less trips to the charger. The saw features tool-less blade change, tool free bevel adjust with pin detent at 0°; 15°; 30°; and 45° as well as an LED light and on/off blower to keep the cut line visible while cutting.

    1. Barrel‑grip (Milwaukee 2737B‑20) offers better blade visibility, tight‑space control, and high‑speed precision, while a standard D/top‑handle gives more leverage, often lower palm vibration, and greater comfort for long or aggressive cuts.

  2. How does the blade mount/insert?

    1 answer

    1. 1. Remove the battery 2. Push and hold the Quik-Lok tension lever to right to line up the slots. 3. Fit the saw blade into the groove in the support roller and push it firmly into the plunger as far as it will go. The lug of the saw blade must be in the plunger. 4. Release the Quik-Lok tension lever to secure the saw blade. 5. Check that the saw blade is held firmly, the slot in the plunger will be at an angle to the blade.
      6. To remove the blade, push the lever to the right and the blade will be ejected.
