The MILWAUKEE® M18™ and M12™ Gangbox Rapid Charger is uniquely designed for users working out of gangboxes and other steel storage spaces on commercial job sites. By utilizing the strong magnetic base or cleat, the rapid charger can be mounted in multiple different orientations, maximizing storage space within a gangbox. This battery charger includes a 450L flood light, which illuminates stored supplies, allowing users to spend less time at the gangbox and get back to work quicker. This four-bay M18™ and M12™ charger can charge two batteries simultaneously at a rapid rate and then automatically move to the next two, leading to less downtime. The charger features two M18™ Only bays and two M18™ and M12™ Hybrid Bays, allowing users who operate with both systems to utilize one charger. The M18™ and M12™ Gangbox Rapid Charger include (2) USB-C 15W ports, providing users the ability to charge small devices such as Milwaukee's rechargeable personal lighting solutions, phones, and tablets.   1. Are the dimensions really L x W x H (in.) 7.2 x 7.2 x 5.0 in.? (That is what is listed on this page. The item looks much longer than that.

    1. The charger body measures 7.2 × 7.2 × 5.0 in; it’s compact for gangboxes, and any extra apparent length comes from batteries, mounting cleats, or the magnetic base.

  2. Can fully charged batteries be left in the charger without causing damage? Can charger remain plugged in even though not charging any battery?

    1. You would be able to safely leave the batteries on the charger once fully charged. The charger can remain plugged in when not charging batteries.
