Can you leave the batteries in charger when batteries are fully charged.? Or will it harm the life of the batteries?

As a general practice, it is best to unplug battery chargers and remove batteries when not in use. No battery pack damage will occur if the charger and battery pack are left plugged in.

This is the skip button. This charger, charges six batteries in sequence in a counter-clockwise rotation. The next battery in the sequence will begin charging when the previous one is fully charged. To skip a battery and move to the next battery in the sequence, press the skip button.
