    1. Outside to outside on the front is 19", rear is 19"-1/2"
      All tires inflated to 30psi.

    1. 13 inches between the wheels; about 1/2 inch less between the bearings at the axle; about 19.5 inches outside to outside.

      It can be any distance you want from the front axle to the back axle.

    1. The wheels/tires are secured with an acorn nut on each of them and are very easy to remove.

  4. does this come with instruction to build the wagon

    can you recommend instructions to construct the wagon deck and sides?

    1. Yes, it comes with clear instructions. It is 75% assembled when you recieve it, all you have to do is bolt on the wheels and axles. The nut/bolt package only has a dozen pieces in it, and they are packaged and numbered to the instructions. You will only need two wrenches, and 15 to 30 minutes.

    2. The wagon comes with an owner manual which is also available on the website for the wagon. The directions and template for building the deck is in the owners manual. Once the deck is built, it is merely a matter of deciding how high you want to go with the sides as the length and width of the deck will already exist.

  5. Can a longer 5/8" threaded axle be substituted for the standard one?

    I need a wheel track of at least 24 inches for the intended purpose.

    1. No. The axle is welded into place to the support structure. You can't swap out for a wider wheel base.

    1. Yes, the Millside Wagon Kit does come with 5/8" threaded axles.

  7. How far apart can i spread the front wheels and rear wheels apart before getting to weak in the center

    1. The answer to your question really depends on the dimensions of your deck and how much structural support you add to it. I used 1-1/8" thick plywood with a 3/4" thick X 2" high rim around the deck to keep the deck from bending in the middle. My deck was 1-1/8" x 22" x 40" after installing the rim.

      The wagon kit is rated for 800 lbs, so as long as you are not exceeding the rating, the kit does not care how far apart you put the front and back wheels. The deck structure will be the limiter of your load.

  9. How long is the handle?

    Can you please tell me how the handle is from the pivot point to the handle? I am 6'2" and want to make sure that I can pull it comfortably without bending. Thanks.

    1. Top of the handle is 39 inches off the ground when straight up. That should help you estimate.

  10. This wagon kit.   I need something like this to roll some heavy stones onto it to haul. Can I assemble it & make a platform and does it adapt for me to pull with a garden tractor? Thanks.

    1. The when the kit is made to specifications, it would have an 800 pound weight rating. It cannot be converted to be pulled behind a tractor.
