can this come with wireless remote? is this a 8 ft sander? gas engine?

  This is powered by a gas engine. It will fit in a 6 or 8 foot truck bed. The optional wireless controller is item 16621.

Is my meyer v box insert spreader supposed to come with tie down tabs welded on the outside of it and how many lift hooks are there supposed to be?

  This insert spreader does not have the tie down tabs welded on the outside. This insert spreader has four holes, two on each side, in the top, which can be used to hook the tie down straps.

Does it come with controls for inside the truck and if so how do the hook up?

  The spreader would come with the controls that you would mount inside the truck. It comes with a wiring harness that would be connected to the engine and a 12 volt battery. You can start the engine from the controls and control the flow of the material.
