    1. When the Micro-SD card is full, the oldest files will be overwritten by the newer recordings.

    1. When the SD card is full, it will not record over the old information. You will want to transfer the information to a PC or Phone through a SD card-reader to make room for the new information.

  6. Does it record day and night?

    It seems to be a given that during night time hours, when it's dark, any motion will turn on the lights and automatically begin recording on the SD card. However, during daylight hours, will the unit still sense motion, and will it record as it does during the night?

    1. The removable SD card slides into the body of this product. It does not alert you when a video is taken. It does not directly connect to your PC or phone, but the SD card can be inserted into any SD card reader device for viewing, saving, or sharing those recordings on any device you choose to. With the supplied 8GB card, it will record up to 2.5 hours of video.

    1. This unit does not have separate switches for the camera and light. When it senses motion, it automatically records a video record of what it sees. If it's dark out at the time motion is sensed, it will automatically turn on the light (and later turn off the light and recording).
