  1. Does this handle end of this have an open slot construction? Like you could put an extra metal bar in the open slot for more leverage?

    1. The end of the handle has a plastic cap that can be removed, so it would be open. To add any length to the pry bar would void the warranty, as it could cause damage to the pry bar with more leverage.

  2. I need a tool to tear out 1/2” plywood/subfloor so I can uncover the pine flooring. The nails are ring shank and nailed in really really good which stinks. Will this tool pull up the plywood or is there another recommendation?

    1. This tool could be used for lifting a plywood floor. Special care would be needed so you do not damage the floor underneath. The downward pressure and prying could result in damage to the pine floor underneath if it is not properly protected. The ring shank nails could also result in excess wood being ripped from the nail hole as they are pulled out.
