    1. The handles on the tiller can be adjusted, but they do not swivel to allow you to walk directly beside the tiller while operating it.

    1. It could be possible to adjust the width to 9 inches by removing some of the inner tines. Note, doing so could affect the balance and maneuverability of the tiller. The standard width of the fender could obstruct the visibility of the narrower size, as well.
