    When the trigger is pulled does it flow continuous or does it "spurt" out like a manual grease gun?

    2. Grease flows in spurts as long as the trigger is held. Like a slow machine gun when there is not much resistance but usually slower and easy to control

    6. I have complete control of the amount of shots I want too inject. if I choose to inject one, I pull the trigger one time,if I want too do two shots I pull it twice.

    7. If there is an air pocket in the cartridge it will spurt. Otherwise it will flow properly. Helps if you hang the gun vertically, don't lay flat with cartridge in it, especially when it is cold.

  5. How do you "bulk load"?

    1. I don't bulk load, I only use cartridges.

    2. Device comes configured for cartridge load.
      Manual provides instructions on how to convert to (flip the follower lip to front side) and fill from bulk container or filler pump.
      Bulk basic steps: remove head from container, stick open end of container in to lubricant, pull back follower rod until fully extended and latch in place, put head back loosely, bleed a little, tighten it up.

  6. What causes the grease not to cut off when you release the trigger?

    1. Sometimes the button valve beneath the trigger sticks. Might need cleaning or oil.

    2. The grease gun is pneumatic. Once the trigger is depressed, the air valves operate the spring that will return the piston to the initial position

  7. does it stop flow when empty or will it blow air?

    1. When it gets empty, you'll notice the pumping action speed up significantly, almost like a buzz type noise, and yes, it will pump air into the fittings

    2. When the grease cartridge is empty, you will feel no resistance when pressing the trigger and the piston inside the gun will operate much faster. You will feel or notice a difference when the cartridge is empty. If you continue to press the trigger with an empty cartridge, it is possible to discharge air into the grease fitting the hose is inserted into.
