  3. What is the minimum size (in gallons) needed to work with this cutter?Thank you

    1. The gallon size of the compressor is not of importance as long as the compressor can put out 3.5 CFM at 65 PSI. Our 8 gallon compressor #305170 would be able to give you the CFM requirement to operate the plasma cutter.

  4. Is an air dryer needed?

    I've heard that an air dryer is needed for any plasma cutter, is that true? We have one at work without an air dryer and its used a lot over the last year and seems to be fine.

    1. An air dyer is not required. This unit has a built in water trap to help keep out moisture. If you are in a location where high moisture would be a problem then an air dryer would be an asset.
