Product Summary

This Lincoln Electric® MIG Conversion Kit is designed to convert the Lincoln Electric Weld-Pack 100HD Wire Feed Welder (sold separately) from a flux-cored welder to a MIG and flux-cored welder. A gas regulator for argon and argon-blend gases, adapter for CO2 cylinders, and 115-Volt gas solenoid hose provide the tools you need for welder conversion. The kit includes a 0.025-0.030in. (0.6-0.8mm) cable liner, two 0.025in. contact tips, a gas nozzle, a 2-lb. spool of 0.025in. SuperArc L-56 mild steel MIG wire, and connectors. Included instructions make it easy to set up your welder.

    1. The SP100 models already have a gas connection at the back for MIG welding and would not require this conversion kit.

  2. Will this product work for a ProCore 100?

    1. The Pro-Core can be converted for the GMAW, single pass, process which requires a supply of shielding gas and the K610-1 MIG Conversion Kit.

  3. Will this K610-1 conversion kit work on a Weld-Pack 100 for stainless steel MIG welding? If so what setting do I need to run it on? Thanks for any help you can provide.

    1. The kit will work with a Weld Pak 100. For stainless DCT .030 diameter you will use 98% argon. The setting for 16 gauge wire will be A-3, 14 gauge wire is C-6, 12 gauge wire is D-7.5 and for 10 gauge wire it will be D-7.5.
