  1. Is safe for toddlers to be around? Does the front of the heater get hot to the touch? Thnx

    1. None of the surfaces get hot to the touch. It should be safe around toddlers. It is quite stable too, so the risk of knocking it over are minimal.

    2. The front does not get really hot and the coils are far enough in that fingers would not be able to touch.

  2. does this heater work as a fan as well?

    1. Yes, once it reaches room temp the heating elements turn off and the fan will continue to stay on. Keep in mind the blower is only a gentle breeze.

    1. The Lifepro Infrared Tower Heater has a temperature setting range of 59 degrees to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. It has an "ECO" setting which will maintain 68 degrees at the lowest wattage possible.

    1. The high heat setting is 1,500 Watts and produces 5100 BTUs. The low heat setting is 1000 Watts and produces 3400 BTUs. There is an ECO mode that is an Economic Energy Saving Function. When ECO mode is chosen, the heater will operate to maintain a constant warm 68°F.
