  1. How do you put the head back on it came off when mopping will not snap back on

    1 answer

    1. The mop has a plastic collar or ring near the base of the pole that slides up and down. Align the mop head into the base of the pole with the fitting on the mop head with the receptacle on the handle. Then push the collar/ring down until it click to lock the mop head in place.
