can this motor be submersed in water?
if not, I am looking for a 3/4hp or larger enclosed electric motor that will have a plastic propeller attached to move water.

This motor is enclosed to protect it form dirt and dust. It cannot be submersed in water. Northern does not carry a motor that can.
