It features a high tensile strength 0.31” (8 mm) diameter chain, a large forged swivel locking rebar hook at the anchor end, and forged clevis snap hooks at the other two ends. The metal components are made of alloy steel. It meets or exceeds ANSI Z359.3-2017 standards.
