Product Summary

The Klutch® Plasma 275i Plasma Cutter features powerful, yet lightweight inverter technology for smooth cutting. Handles almost any project you can throw at it, from mild steel to copper, brass, stainless and aluminum up to 5/32in. Cuts faster and more precise with a thinner kerf and less slag than cutting with oxy fuel. A smaller heat-affected zone also causes less warping. No gas pressure settings, flame tuning, metal preheating, or gas cylinders or refills to worry about, ever.

    4. It will work on standard house current, 120Volts, but I would recommend you use a dedicated 20 amp circuit. After several minutes of cutting I have popped the 15 amp circuit breaker supplying all receptacles in my home garage. I installed a dedicated plug in my garage for the plasma cutter as well as a small Lincoln Mig using them at separate times and have had no more problems.

  2. What are the air requirements?

    What are the air requirements? How large of an air compressor is needed for proper use? Thanks!

    1. This plasma cutter requires a compressed air source that can provide 60 PSI at a rate of 4.5 CFM. The air supply should not exceed 100 PSI.
