This Klutch Lever Chain Hoist is an industrial-quality unit with a double pawl brake system and double chain guide roller system. It meets ASME B30.21/HST-3 safety standards and features a Grade 80 load chain for high-level strength to ensure safe, stable operation. The safety coefficient of this unit is at least 4:1. Roller bearing design, zinc-plated side plate and asbestos-free friction disc ensure smooth operation. Compact design allows low headroom. 360° swivel hook includes a stamping safety latch. This unit withstands 1,500 cycles with 110% of rated capacity, at least 300mm per cycle. This hoist has been tested to 150% of rated capacity. Easy-to-identify 2-tone chains. Tough, ductile drop-forged hooks ensure noticeable opening when subject to excessive overload.
