  1. I've bought 3 of these. What is the round port for?

    1. Think of going to a car race where you can rent radios to listen to the drivers and pit crews. Assuming said rentals do not have bluetooth, with a cord you can connect your rental radio to the headphones. This is just one example of many possibilities.
      * even if the rent radios do have bluetooth, you are in the middle of hundreds if not thousands of people, there is only so much bluetooth spectrum, a wired connection eliminates any possible conflicts resulting in lost connections and dropouts.

    2. These earmuffs are equipped with a 3.5mm audio input jack to connect to an audio playing device via an auxiliary cord.

    1. At this time, we do not offer the replacement charging cord. It uses a standard Type-C USB cable.

  4. When i plug them up to charge, there doesn't seem to be any indicator letting me know they are charging. Is there a light or something to show charging and fully charged?

    1. The digital display screen has a battery indicator that shows when the battery is low, full and charging.

    1. The only way to adjust the microphone intensity is to turn the device volume to the maximum level.

  6. Can the pressure on the ears be reduced? For example, can the framework be bent apart enough to reduce that pressure after it springs back?

    1. The tension/pressure is set by the factory and cannot be adjusted by the user.
