  1. the height is listed as 23"-37". Can the uprights be adjusted for a 20" clearance. Or can they be cut to make the adjustment.

    1. I cut mine and there was no problem.  My garage has a low ceiling and I wanted to be able to still walk under the shelf

    2. The uprights are not intended to be shorter than 23". Cutting them may affect the capacity of the rack and would void the warranty.
