Product Summary

The Klutch Flap Disc is designed for use with right-angle grinders and is ideal for high-production grinding, blending, deburring and finishing. It performs well on a variety of materials, including wood, ferrous and nonferrous metals and stainless steels. The Type 29 conical shape is the best choice for aggressive stock removal. With angled flaps, conical flap discs are effective for both contour and edge work. The angle increases surface contact, making it ideal for stock removal on flat surfaces, especially when speed and material removal are top priorities. The flap discs consist of three main components: a backing plate, adhesive and overlapping abrasive cloth flaps. The standard DIY flap discs use aluminum oxide, which is identified by the brown color of the abrasive. The flap discs are trimmable as the edge wears down. 3-pack.
