Klutch Angle Grinder Holder

I cut 1/8" x 1" steel plate with mine. It takes a few minutes to do a 1 inch wide piece, so the thicker the metal, the longer it would take.

You could possibly cut 2 inch square medium tubing, but would need to rotate and reclamp.

Not sure of the max but had no problem cutting 1"

Depends on your grinder, cutting wheel. Thus only holds the grinder in place

I have cut 1/4 x 2in flat bar and 1 in square tubing

The maximum thickness of cut would relate to the capabilities of your angle grinder. The is not in the "chop saw" catagory, but would nicely handle small diameter ("or thickness") aluminum, brass and steel. I plan occasional threaded rod cutting and metal parts to about 3/8 inch thick.

Up to 1 1/4 inch, depending on the type cutting disc and adapter you have.

If you take the time to set it up correctly it should cut as close to 90 degrees as you adjust it.

I have mine adjusted for a 90 and it seems to stay that way. You can adjust it if you have to.

Yes , just set it up and use a 90 degree sq then tighten.

Capable of 90 degree, but use of supplement "square" may be needed. Clamping is very good.

My angles came out perfect for welding as long as I used a square to set them up.

Yes, just as long as you squared the guide and the blade. What ever you set it in will give you that result. I always need a grinder to clean any cuts I make.

The stand would allow a good 90 degree angle. To achieve this you would square the adjustable angle guide to the grinders blade.

As long as your grinder has the threads for a handle and be 4 1/2",it should fit fine.I put a cheap Drill Master in it,works fine.

I don't have a Dewalt but the way it is designed it should hold any grinder that has threaded holes for side handles

As long as it is a 4 1/2 or 5 inch grinder, it should fit. Grinders this size are very inexpensive so I bought a cheap one dedicated just to this holder.

Yes. My Dewalt DWE4011 fits fine. Even with Dewalts Metal Shield. Comes with different size bolts. 6, 8, and 10 MM for use with different brands.

It should work with most grinders; it includes different bolts to fit common sized handle receptacles.

This angle grinder holder is a universal design that will accommodate most 4 1/2 or 5" angle grinders.

The manufacturer includes a couple different sets of bolts to mount the grinder. If neither fits you grinder, it would be a simple matter to pick up two bolts that would fit from the local hardware store. The ones in my grinder are metric, 8 x 1.0 and appropriate bolts came with the holder.

The Angle Grinder Holder comes with three (3) different thread size bolts to match a variety of commonly used angle grinders.

It has three different size options that are commonly used on grinder handles. My 4.5" Makita fit the middle size (sorry, don't remember exact size)

This unit comes with 2-M10 x 30mm, 2-M8 x 25mm, and 2-M6 x 25mm bolts and nuts, with also 4 plastic spacers. These are for assembling different size angle grinders. Refer to steps 5 and 6 in the assembly section of manual for a more detailed explanation of how the bolts are used to hold the angle grinder where it's handle holes are located.

This is just a holder for an angle grinder. The power draw of you grinder does not matter. The one I use draws 6 amps.

This angle grinder stand is designed to hold most common 4 ½” or 5” grinders with side handles without modifications. There is not an amperage restriction.

This Klutch angle grinder holder is designed to accommodate 4 1/2" or 5" angle grinders. It is not designed for 4" grinders.
