Polycarbonate bowl is protected from breakage by steel bowl guard. Red Band alert indicates regulator in unlocked position. Semiautomatic nighttime drain ensures filter is drained when compressor is shut down. Includes mechanical air pressure gauge and mounting bracket.

  1. can the gauge be switched to the back side to mount the unit with a right to left flow ?

    1. The inlet and outlet ports cannot be switched to change the direction of flow. The gauge should also not be modified.

  5. What is the max regulator input PSI?

    I see the 48572 filter's max is 145 but the regulator appears to be the same as the 220psi #57392. If the regulator is good for 220 in and can't put more than 145 out to the filter side, everything should work perfectly, right?

    1. The items will work well together as long as the ratings are not exceeded. The maximum pressure (PSI) for item number 48570 is 145 PSI.
