    Does this accept standard 7/8" open hole grinding discs?

    1. This air angle grinder accepts wheels with a 5/8"-11 threaded arbor. It's not compatible with 7/8" open hole grinding wheels/discs. Northern Tool does offer item 55219 for a cutting/grinding wheel.
