Hello Tidepuddle, To fold the table up, fold the center support section down and push in on the side supports to unlock them. Next, reach through the openings in the table top and grasp the lower section of the bench. Pull up on the lower section to begin collapsing the legs. Then, lower the unit to the ground. Once the unit is flat on the ground, press down on the table top to place the unit into its fully closed position.

Not hard at all, just reverse the setup procedure and it will close in less that 30 seconds,

Not hard once you figure out there is a locking button on top for the vertical support in the middle under the top. Might help to read the directions :) I did not, but figured it out.

Ensure they are fully extended. Insert the shaft end first and then click into place

Rub the table and clamp where they engage with wax paper. This gives just enough lubrication, and doesn't attract dust/dirt.

I found that to be true when I first put it together but the problem was the way that I was using them. Once I got that part down moving the clamps was a breeze.

I have used a little oil on the clamp shaft. Make sure there are no burrs in slots. If so sand them a lightly

Yes they are hard to remove and replace however, they need to be secure to make sure they are not lost. I found that by placing the long skinny shaft in first is the easiest way to reinstall them. I think they will loosen with time.

Using a silicone based spray will help in working the adjustable clamps. Continual use will assist in loosening and storage.

The table is very solid you won't have any problems.

This table is as solid as my [imported] router stand. I don't think you'd have any problem with a scroll saw, as far as vibration is concerned. Depending on your model of saw, however, it might be a little too low to work at while standing, as the height is just 30 inches. Of course, you could make a small platform to go under the saw to bring it up to your ideal work height.

i make many cuts with a jig saw and table is fine, in addition when i place my portable sander on it the table remains stationary.

You will find this table to be very sturdy when used with a scroll saw. This table is designed to handle the vibration and up and down blade movements that some power tools produce.

They sell a different model Keter - 17209954 that has height adjustable legs. It holds 750# vs this one that does 1000#.

I just got this yesterday by looking at pics u would think it was but nothing in instructions about it and legs wont move wish it did a little low for someone like me with back trouble other than that works as they say it does

I wouldn't recommend as a router table. The top is thick, there is a center support and you would have trouble mounting an adjustable fence.

It makes a good miter box table.

I think it would work nice but I would put a 3/4" plywood for a working surface.

I personally would not use this table for reloading. It could serve that purpose but mounting reloading equipment to table would alter it's characteristics.

When the table is setup, it measures 33 1/2 in L x 21 3/4 in W x 29 3/4 in H and supports up to 1000 lbs. It's a heavy duty work table that can be used to complete a number of tasks.

The legs are aluminum. There's nothing visible that would be damaged by leaving it in the weather.

Depending on the size of your saw, I built a 2x4 box frame for my saw base and just clamp back side into the table clamps. It works great and it also raises the saw to a more comfortable working height.

I secure mine with the clamps.

A miter saw can be clamped to the work table. It is not recommended to make modifications to the work table in order to mount to it directly.

Or just position it on top of 4 cinder blocks and it should be good. I'm over 6' and I agree that its work height is shy. But for the price, and the sturdiness, and the built-in clamps, you won't go wrong. I got a 2nd one after being so impressed with my first one.

You're correct my friend! After working with this bench for a few hours you will feel it in your back. This work bench is best suited for a person under 6-foot tall. If they had made it with adjustable legs it would be perfect.
