    Just wondering, what is the actual color of this item? Is it black and grey as in the picture? Or is it red and grey?

    2. I orderd mine straight from from Northern Tool & Equipment and it is black and gray, very nice looking .land extremely well made.

    3. The model from Northern Tool is Black and Gray with yellow removable containers in the top storage, (matching the Northern Tool colors), but the identical model from other retailers is Red and Gray.

  2. The tool box will need to be in the back of a truck mostly, i need to know if this product is water proof ? All compartments.

    1. No it is not. The shaft the wheels ride on is exposed to the inside and the bin has no gaskets to keep water out.

    2. I have not had it in heavy rain yet, but in a small amount of rain and sleet, and everything was dry. The top 2 portions overlap in the center area and it clicks shut tightly. I wouldn't put it under water, of course, but it looks like it will be fine, even in heavier rain.

    1. Roughly 21.5"x12.25"x10" (LxWxD) of usable storage. The axel does take up a little room in the bottom, but not too much!
