Setting Up the Machine:
1.Positioning: Place the tire changer machine on a stable, flat surface.
2.Securing the Wheel: Use the clamps or jaws to secure the wheel rim firmly in place. Ensure the wheel is centered and balanced.
Removing the Tire
1.Breaking the Bead: Use the bead breaker tool to separate the tire bead from the rim. Apply even pressure around the entire circumference of the tire.
2.Lubrication: Apply tire lubricant to the bead and the rim to facilitate easier removal.
3.Demounting the Tire: Use the demounting tool to pry the tire off the rim. Work your way around the tire, lifting it over the rim edge.
Mounting a New Tire
1.Lubrication: Apply tire lubricant to the new tire bead and the rim.
2.Mounting the Tire: Place the new tire over the rim and use the mounting tool to push the tire bead over the rim edge. Work your way around the tire, ensuring it is evenly seated.
3.Inflating the Tire: Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure. This will help seat the bead properly.
